Application Process
1. Application
You simply apply to us using the application form. Your application should include your curriculum vitae, certificates and references. We will also be happy to receive information about your availability and salary expectations.
2. Receiving of your application
Right after receiving your documents you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If we need any more details, we will contact you by e-mail or call you.
3. Phone interview
If we like your profile and the position requires it, we will invite you for short phone call with us. This will take about 30 minutes and will be conducted by a colleague from the project.
4. First interview
Of course, we would also like to get to know you personally. After successful telephone interview we will invite you to the 1st personal interview with us. This interview takes 1.5 hours and you will meet with other colleagues from the department. This interview is mainly about your knowledge and experience – it can be a live coding on the computer or a case study that you work on together with your colleagues.
5. Final interview
In the final interview you will get to know a member of management who is always looking forward to meeting new colleagues personally and accompanying them through the process.
6. Offer
It is going well so far? Perfect! Your contact person from the recruiting team will be happy to call you and make you an offer.
7. Welcome on board!
We are looking forward to welcoming you! On your first day you will be invited to our office in Munich. In this way you will get to know other colleagues directly and get all the information you need for your start.

What do I have to prepare for a video interview?
We use Cisco WebEx to host video interviews. Before your interview starts, you will receive an invitation email with a meeting link. You can open this link in your browser without any further installation. Please use your laptop with Firefox or Google Chrome to participate in the interview.
