• Analysis and validation of customer requirements and business processes for software projects
• Communication and collaboration with the customer and the development team
• Preparation and maintenance of software test specifications and plans
• Software testing, issue reporting and tracking

What you should bring

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis for software projects
• Excellent German and English, both written and spoken
• Project experience in at least one business sector
• Understanding and interest in IT technologies
• Very good skills in Microsoft Office
• Database and UML modelling is an advantage
• University degree
• Team player with structured approach and excellent communication skills
• Self-driven person with enthusiasm to improve quality
• Ability to describe problems and articulate them accurately
• Analytical mind with a sense for details
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and deliver according to the deadlines
